Jeff’s Super Fruity Sangria Recipe

This sangria recipe maximizes the fruit content and can be made with white wine, red wine or my favourite from a rose wine. This is perfect for backyard BBQ season or just sitting on the patio. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes make enough sangria for 8 thirsty people

Ingredients:

·       1 bottle Greta Ranch Rose wine or for white Quails Gate Chenin Blanc .

·       1 Lemon cut in wedges

·       1 Orange cut in wedges

·       1 Lime cut in wedges

·       1 Peach cut in wedges (if not in season substitute a mango)

·       1 cup sliced strawberries

·       ½ cup lemonade

·       1 can ginger ale

Preparation:

Pour the wine in a pitcher and squeeze the juice from the wedges of lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss the fruit wedges in the pitcher (leaving out the seeds) and add sliced peaches, strawberries and lemonade. Chill overnight in fridge. Add ginger ale and ice if necessary just before serving. Voila!
