a typical style, displaying very crisp and clean flavors of green apples, citrus
and minerals.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc, 16% Merlot, 8% Malbec,
5% Petit Verdot
Aged 16 months in barrel. 50% new French Oak.
Food Pairings: Some of my favorite pairings for “Bordeaux” blends are beff
tenderloin, grilled T-bone steak, and lamb burgers.
Cellar Notes: This wine is drinking wonderfully right now, but it will improve
with careful cellaring over the next 5 years.
